A: No, while custom developing could be very profitable, it is not parallel with our vision of offering a high standard residence, Millennial Homes globally. However, the new homeowners might be able to select their own interior design packages.

       1- 1200 SQFT 2 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Baths, 2 stories with usable rooftop (if locally approved) a two cars driveway with 1 car garage

       2-   1500 SQFT 2 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Baths, 2 stories with usable rooftop (if locally approved), a two cars driveway with 1 car garage
